I have been protesting at Cal State Long Beach since 2006. I graduated in Spring of 2007 and worked at an office for a year. I got fed up by the corporate office world and decided to go back to CSULB to protest full time. I have since started painting while protesting and continue to create new art every day at school. While our country is busy destroying , I am busy creating beauty through my art.

By the way, how do you get a job protesting full time? I'd love to do that. While reading books by Abbie Hoffman, etc., I always wondered how people begin. I go to an art school and I do like art....but at the same time I want to do so much more revolutionary work.
That's what you're doing, right?
I'd hate to get a job in art where it's like working...'cause to me that seems like just as much of the corporate sort of work. I like the idea of creating cause you like it and mean stuff by it.

Well, I work on the weekend at a restaurant, so I paint/protest during the weekdays...pretty easy actually.

Btw I love Abbie Hoffman!

Oh, ok. Sounds awesomeee. I'd love to do something like that...well, there are actually so many things I want to do :XD: if anything in the world, I'd want to do music...but also tattoo art....and revolutionary work. Man, basically a million things at once. I can't chose, nor do I want to, though.

Same! He was a real cool dude, too bad he wasn't here for the Bush years. I wonder what he'd say to him, man...I'm so glad he's gone but things are so wrong, still.
